Ho apprezzato particolarmente la presenza di tutti i prodotti di prima necessità, tv con canali in tutte le lingue e wi-fi ottimo, che mi hanno permesso di sentirsi come a casa mia fin da subito. Dotato di ogni comfort immaginabile. La cucina era completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, facilitando la preparazione dei pasti. Il terrazzo ampio e panoramico offriva una vista a 360 gradi sul mare, con lettini e un tavolo per godere di cene all'aperto e di tramonti mozzafiato. Posizione strategica"
"Arthouse Sea View si trova di fronte al mare, vicino al porto. A pochi passi c'è un piccolo centro commerciale, mentre sotto casa c'è il supermercato Dino, molto fornito. L'appartamento è veramente confortevole, ha una bella terrazza, la cucina è nuova e non manca veramente nulla. Inoltre, c'è l'impianto di aria condizionata. Dispone anche della piscina che però non abbiamo mai utilizzato preferendo andare alla scoperta dell'isola e delle sue belle spiagge. Per vedere tutte le meraviglie naturali di Lanzarote è sicuramente consigliabile noleggiare l'auto"
"The hosts Fredrica and Maurizio were lovely and went over and above to be helpful. The apartment was light, modern, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The sofas, beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower worked well. Washing machine was great. Swimming towels were provided. The sun terrace had two comfortable sun loungers and good shade if required. The swimming pool and surrounding area were well maintained and the on-site cafe/bar had a good selection of snacks/drinks. (No umbrellas or padding for sun beds, but these could be bought reasonably cheaply at nearby shops) The apartment is well situated for shops, bars and old town Puerto del Carmen (it is close to the road, but outside noise is minimal with doors closed)
"The apartment was gorgeous with a modern feel. Nice and spacious with aircon in both the living and bedrooms. The pool is just a few steps away and is also nice and quiet. There is also a large balcony overlooking the marina. The apartment is close to lovely seafood restaurants in the old town of Puerto Del Carmen. We had a slight issue with the aircon and the owners fixed this asap. They were very helpful with details on arrival/instructions also. They also allowed us a late check out as our flight was late in the evening."
