Our policy is to prioritize quality over quantity. Our apartments are located in the best area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.

Our apartments are located in the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen, the vibrant heart of Lanzarote! This charming neighborhood still retains its traditional charm and authentic atmosphere with narrow cobblestone streets and typical white houses.
The traditional architecture and breathtaking ocean views make this charming location a true gem of the island. The Old Town of Puerto del Carmen stretches along the coast, between Playa Chica and Playa Grande, and is easily accessible by bus, taxi, or even on foot if you are nearby.
Here, you can immerse yourself in the island's history, explore local shops, enjoy delicious typical dishes in restaurants, and sip refreshing drinks at oceanfront bars with spectacular ocean views.
Its charming seaside promenade offers breathtaking panoramic views as you are transported back in time. Our vacation home is located right in the heart of this charming area, offering privileged access to the oldest part of Puerto del Carmen and the island.
With its spectacular beaches, typical restaurants, local craft shops, and the vibrant energy of traditional tastes, it is the ideal place to immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy the most authentic spirit of Lanzarote. In addition to the numerous restaurants offering delicious local and international dishes, the Old Town is also a great shopping destination, with a variety of shops offering local products, souvenirs, and artisanal items.
Furthermore, nearby is Playa Chica, a beautiful beach where you can swim, snorkel, or engage in water sports. The Old Town of Puerto del Carmen offers a pleasant cultural and recreational experience for every taste.
